Thai Fuzion “Spicy” sauce

My first product review in a while. DAMN, but it’s good to write something on this blog for a change.
My first review upon my return from my job-hell hiatus is the Thai Fuzion spicy & sweet hot sauce, manufactured for Caprine’s Cuisine out of Huntington Beach, CA. This sauce comes in both a [...]

Maple Syrup Makes Passow Hyper

Our pals over at Benito’s Hot Sauces sent me two of their new products the other month. These are two products that only seemed natural coming out of a company based in Vermont whose maple is some of the best around. That’s right, I’ve got in my possession two pepper infused maple syrups. One with [...]

Gringo Valley Mild Pepper Salsa – a Review

After popping off the top, you’re greeted with a wonderful aroma, if somewhat familiar if you’re a fan of traditional salsas. This is not a bad thing. There is something about plenty of chili peppers, tomatoes and spices that makes our mouths water, and this did the trick. Excellent aroma. It smells pretty much the same as the Original 10 Pepper Salsa.

Passow Has A (Thai) Monkey On His Back

This year at the Weekend of Fire, I was able to sample some of Captain Thom’s sauces. This was something I’d been remiss in my duties of a sauce coinsure, so I rectified it, and am so glad I did because I found his Thai Monkey hot sauce. Upon first tasting I instantly said, “it [...]
