How did you get started with your business? Chef Randy Combs has been “cooking his whole life.” A career of cooking and catering ultimately melded into producing his
own hot & spicy products, each of which took months of time to create.
Which of your products is your favorite? Their ghost pepper hot sauce. Great flavor of the pepper without its withering heat.
What are your plans to expand or future marketing plans? Spicey Rooster is looking at producing some products using the Trinidad Scorpion pepper, and are working on a good-tasting extreme heat sauce. They also are producing a tremendously flavorful Scorpion pepper relish as well. Their products are not yet widely available, but you can find them at Jungle Jim’s and Celebrate Local in the Easton Town Center.
