How long have you been in business? 3.5 years

How has your business/clientele changed since you started? For Black Swamp, this whole journey into “the business” has been one of learning and growth. After just a few years, they have expanded from the one product they started with to a line that includes 3 sauces, 3 spice rubs, and a tasty cracker mix. They can now afford to be a little more selective on the shows they attend, are definitely more networked and more knowledgeable. As the business has grown, so has the demand for more “fiery” products from

their customer base.

What is new, if any, for this weekend’s show? Nothing new for this year’s show, but the packaging is newer and better than it has been.

If you would recommend one product of yours to try, which would it be? When in doubt, go back to their first original product…the Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce. It is delightful!
