How long have you been in business? 3.5 years
How has your business/clientele changed since you started? Bigfat’s has “lived vicariously,” and has learned from ideas shared by other manufacturers in the hot & spicy food business. You can’t argue with the results. The clientele seems to
enjoy them also, as Jeremy Walsh states “I pretty much make what I like.” Bigfat’s puts emphasis on trying to create complimentary flavors for their products.
What is new, if any, for this weekend’s show? Their strongest entry is their 608 Sauce, a pineapple habanero sauce.
If you would recommend one product of yours to try, which would it be? Can’t go wrong with ANY of the sauces, but Jeremy recommends either the 608 Sauce or the 208 Sauce, which is a Bajan-style hot sauce that goes well with a variety of flavors.
