How long have you been in
business?Since 2008/2009, when the business started through Doehne’s restaurant, The Cactus Cafe.
How has your business/clientele changed since you started? They are shipping more pallets than boxes of product, and are now improving their demographic by going with different flavors. For example, the Ranch flavor sells a lot in Texas. The product is now used as a topping, condiment, AND a snack.
What is new, if any, for this weekend’s show? Shaker bottles of the jalapeno bits with new White Cheddar Bacon flavor. Also coming soon in regular White Cheddar flavor. Possibility of some new artisanal flavors in the works as well.
If you would recommend one product of yours to try, which would it be? The Sea Salt jalapenos. They really bring out the chile flavor, and are definitely Doehne’s fave. For a “big” flavor, try the White Cheddar Bacon pieces.
