NEW VENDORS – Todd’s Dirt

How did you get started with your business? Todd’s Dirt started almost exactly five years ago. Todd (a.k.a. “Dirt Man”) had been an aficionado of grilling for quite some time and had been playing with recipes of spice mixes that would ultimately become the original Todd’ Dirt. After 10+ years of trying, the Original recipe came into being. At roughly 3 year intervals, Todd

came up with the Bayou and Crabby Dirt as well. The rest, as they say, is history.

Which of your products is your favorite? Like anyone who has such pride in their creation, Todd claims them all as his favorite. (“That’s like asking me to choose which of my children that I like the most…) When pressed, he does admit that the Original Dirt is what he uses in 80% of his cooking.

What are your plans to expand or future marketing plans? For the time being, Todd’s Dirt is sticking to supporting their current stable of their 4 products. By establishing the quality of these products, the hope is to be able to introduce their marinades and wet rubs sometime in the near future. Todd states that his “best products are yet to come.”

Judging by what he had so far, we can’t wait!
