How did you get started with your business? – Won an international rib competition in the 1980′s. About 10 years ago, Susan cleaned up the recipe that has become the base sauce. Susan also got some guidance from Whole Foods about avoiding unnatural ingredients, and all the other products were made with that philosophy.

Which of your products is your favorite? – TX Sweet Hickory

What are your plans to expand or future marketing plans? – Found in the Columbus, Ohio area in a variety of specialty markets and gift shops. Looking to try and get into grocery stores, but that is proving to be quite a challenge.
