How did you get started with your business? – Kept talking about making sauces and was finally talked into it. Started with the original, then the Habanero, then because of having Hawaiian origins, made the Pineapple Mango, Garlic for his wife and Bacon, which has been an outstanding seller (real bacon).

Which of your products is your favorite? – Wife’s fave is Garlic. We personally liked the Hab best, but they were all good.

What are your plans to expand or future marketing plans? – From Illinois and looking at the tri-county area for distribution. They have expanded to IN, WI and TX and plan to go nationwide. They are also looking to export internationally as well. As far as new products, they have a super hot sauce that will be made in a limited edition batch. They are developing a diabetic/low sugar sauce. And, they will have a vidalia onion sauce coming out next October (they sold out this year’s already).
