How long have you been in business? 13 years.
How has your business/clientele changed since you started? – The whole industry has changed. The consumer has changed. Hot and spicy is now mainstream. Instead of using hot sauce to put ON things, people are cooking with it as evidenced by spicy showing up more on cooking shows. This makes the public more educated about the products. You can see a more detailed version of his thoughts on this in the most recent (September 2012) article in Chile Pepper Magazine, entitled “The Fiery Foodies Have Arrived” beginning on page 54.
What is new, if any, for this weekend’s show? – Nothing new at this time. What is working has been great.
