New CaJohns collectible hot sauce available this weekend

Above is pictured the new CaJohns collectible hot sauce which contains 3 year bourbon barrel aged chocolate habanero puree. Each is a 100 ml bottle, and there are 99 in the series. They will be $25 each and will be making their debut at this weekend’s Grillmasters Festival. If you are not going to be at the Grillmaster’s Festival (shame on you), then you can make arrangements to get one by either phone order or by sending John an email through his website www.cajohns.com.
(The picture isn’t the greatest, so we’ll take some more this weekend and post them.)

I had forgotten about seeing those barrels aging at CaJohn’s old place. Very cool, can’t wait to get one! I wonder what it tastes like…

well, I need to bring an extra 25 bucks with me. Hope we can get a taster bottle of these also. I won’t want to open that one.

I can tell you first hand the magic a bourbon barrel can do to a sauce or even a puree. I am sure the puree was nice and intensified…
