Let me start by saying that back in the day, when I flew for the now forgotten Piedmont Airlines, Bone Suckin Sauce was only available at the Raleigh Durham, NC airport. Now Bone Suckin products are available thru-out the world. Great job by Ford’s Foods. They now have rubs, mustards, hot sauces, teriyaki’s and whole plethora of other products.

This Bone Suckin’ Salsa is good! At first, I was planning on disappointment, thinking that this company grew too quickly and the products would be average. Not the case at all here. I’m impressed. This salsa is stupid chunky. Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Red Bermuda Onions, Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Salt and Spices. No MSG.

Notice that there is no sugar listed. Most commercial salsa’s are too sweet with sugar. Good job!

Overall, this is one of the better salsa’s available. The heat level is a 2 out of 10, but they never claimed for this product to be hot. I’m thinking this salsa would be killer in a meatloaf.
