No, Sandi, we ain’t calling you “old.” However, we did find a picture of a famous “Sandi” to use for you to introduce you again to our blog following. Sandi has graciously agreed to become one of our authors and to contribute her thoughts on some of the hot & spicy products we all eat, as well as any other insights she wants to contribute. Welcome aboard, Sandi. We are looking forward to reading what you have to say!

First and foremost I would like to Thank Joe and Linda for allowing me to add my thoughts, ideas and reviews to this wonderful site. To everyone out there that doesn’t know me….I’m Sandi AKA the Chilehead Maiden. I’ve been a chilehead for as long as I can remember with my Grandfather using us grand kids as guinea pigs for his jalapeno garden and my father’s love of salsa.

I have been an active pepper gardener and salsa maker for 13 years now. It wasn’t until I met my husband Bill that I expanded my thoughts of hot! He introduced me to the world of blogging and new peppers to grow. I now spend my free time seeking out and collecting hot sauces from the FFS’s or the occasional find. We have successfully collected 100’s of bottles and proudly display then around the house.

I have met so many wonderful people and friends along my blogging journey. I am very excited to make new and lasting friendships with the people of THZ.
