This post was meant to get done before the New Mexico trip, but life got a little busy and it got pushed back on the “do list.” At any rate, CaJohns Fiery Foods has a new home and John invited a bunch of us over to see the new place right before the North Market show a few weeks ago.

So, some of us diehard chileheads stopped by to peruse the store, eat some fabulous food (including the jolokia sausage, which I highly recommend), and drink a few beers while we socialize and solve the world’s problems.

The new kitchen is pretty spacious, and there is a lot of room for expansion for more stuff if desired.

So what do you need to do to sign the CaJohns Wall of Fame? Have neat handwriting, apparently.

You can get a glimpse of virtually all of the available products right in the “showroom.”

Everyone should have a 3-foot tall chile pepper there in the front of their store. Heck, any store would benefit from that!

Just remember, try not to feed CaJohn after midnight or get him wet. If you thought what happened in “Gremlins” was cool, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
