Passow’s 2010 North Market Fiery Foods Festival Report – Part 4 of 4
With the main events at the North Market finally behind me, a bunch of us went over to Barley’s Brewery and then to Gordon Biersch for some freshly brewed beers, and girly drinks for Eric and Buddah.

It was here that we all went over our thoughts of the days events. Overall, it was an awesome event this year. Things were done right on the business side, there were more vendors, and attendance was through the roof! Hat’s off to the North Market and CaJohn for making this year’s Fiery Foods Festival out of this world!
Speaking of CaJohn, it was time to head over to China Dynasty (the one on East Dublin road) for his invite only dinner. CaJohn had the chef’s prepare a truck load of food for the dinner and incorporated hot peppers (Jalapenos, Serranos, and Habaneros) into every dish.

Instead of describing every, tasty, amazing dish that was brought out to us, I’ll just show some food porn of the event. This will do it for my 4 part review. I hope everyone had as much fun reading it as I did experiencing it!

Love Eric’s pinky in the air. LOL I forgot where we found this, but I have a wonderful banana beer chilling in the fridge. When you’ve lived in Belgium and had your fill of Framboises & Krieks you move on to the other “girly” beers and find a world of yumminess. Still, my favorite beer from Belgium is Kasteel…and you’re new beer comes pretty darn close to the nature of that beer.
Great food porn!
