Ah yes, a new year, a new approach to life, spring’s fast approaching as winter starts to loose its icy grip. Pepper seedlings are awake and chirping in their trays and the annual North Market Fiery Foods Festival is happening once again ! I’ll be in attendance covering the event and tagging along for the journey is my fully Passow Trained and Certified chile-head friend, Eric Chmielewski (aka Chem).

This year will bring some changes both to the event and my schedule. There will be more vendors, new competitions, and I’ll be arriving around 9:30ish to cover most of the days events (unlike the 11AM arrival time last year). So if you see me wondering around aimlessly, toss me a craft brewed beer, and say, “Hi, Passow!”. Careful though, if you give a Passow a beer, he’ll probably want some pizza… Be sure to stay tuned next week for my report on the event.
