It is pretty much a blend of jolokia, habanero and fire dust with the emphasis on the chiles. Spice 10 would work nicely, but not quite the same. Way more chile in Toxic Mix. I’ll try to bring a few to ABQ to share.

Xero, keep up the good work and somehow it will find it’s way over there! That’s what happened with us. It all started in ABQ…

I was kind of half-rhetorically asking for those of us living in the States. I know that you could replace it with other spicy seasoning mixes, but I didn’t know if you had one in mind that was very similar to Vicious Viper both in terms of taste and heat for others who may want to make the recipe.

Any super-spicy mix will do ya. If you have a bottle of Blair’s Death Rain Nitro, that would work. You can also try some of CaJohn’s “Spice 10″ mix, but we haven’t tried that yet ourselves.

Anybody can correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that CaJohn’s no longer makes the Vicious Viper seasoning mix, only the sauce. Any recommendations on what to replace it with if I can’t find a bottle of the seasoning at my local hot sauce store?
