Yep, dat de firmanaam nog een te zeggen ontploffing is. Oorspronkelijk moest dit enkel een e-mail van mijn gedachten op zijn nieuwe saus zijn maar aangezien ik wat tijd vandaag had heb ik beslist een volledig geblazen overzicht van te doen Benito Witte Heet.

Hete het Wit van Benito Ingrediënten: Organische peper Bhut Jolokia en Habanero, citroensap, gember, uien, knoflook, azijn, evoo.

Het etiket is niet om het even wat om hier commentaar te geven op omdat het de testpartij is. Ol' Benito zelf heeft me verzekerd dat het definitieve etiket zijn andere etiketten volkomen zal aanpassen. Nu op de saus, die mooi heeft, bespatte de been witte kleur aan het met kleine punten van rood onder de fijn tot puree gemaakte saus.

Het recht van de knuppel de gember raakt, aardig en zoet met een wenk van fruitig aroma Habanero. Dan komt Jolokia binnen met het is vertrouwde tongsear. Het citroensap speelt licht aan de kanten van de tong, met het knoflook dat binnen op de latere smaak komt. Er is een lichte tongdeklaag die van de Extra Maagdelijke Olijfolie gaat maar het zeer is niet.

Voor een saus die is zijn de eerste ingrediënten Bhut Jolokia en Habanero, verwachtte dat ik werkelijk deze saus heeft meer hitte aan het. There’s a nice sting from the Jolokia and a slight back of the throat burn from the Habs but it really doesn’t go anywhere. For all intensive purposes it’s about a solid medium, definitely a far cry from “White Hot”.

Like his other sauces this one has classic Benito flavors throughout it. From the lime juice to the EVOO all the way down to the smooth taste that allows you to just spoon it out of the bottle into your mouth, these are the things that make his sauces great. That’s what I like about them, he has a running theme, a signature taste that’s incorporated into all his sauces and it works. Use this on top of ice cream, mixed into sauces, cook with it, or eat it right out of the bottle. Batches are up on his site for purchase now.
