ليس العلامة مميّزة أيّ شيء أن يعلق فوق هنا لأنّ هو يكون الإختبار دفعة. قد أكّدني [أل]' [بنيتو] بنفسي أنّ العلامة مميّزة نهائيّة تلاءم ه أخرى علامة مميّزة تماما. الآن على المرق, أيّ يتلقّى جميلة, عظمة ترشّش لون بيضاء إلى هو مع نقطات صغيرة أحمر [أمونغست] ال بدقّة يهرس مرق.

حق من الخفاش الزنجبيل يضرب, لطيف وحلوى مع لمح من قويّ نكهة [هبنرو] نكهة. بعد ذلك يأتي [جولوكيا] داخل مع هو اعتاد لسان ندبة. يلعب ال [ليم جويس] برفق على الجوانب من اللسان, مع الثوم يأتي داخل على ال بعد ذوق. هناك خفيفة لسان طلية أنّ يذهب فوق من الإضافيّة عذراء [أليف ويل] غير أنّ ليس هو [فري موش].

لمرق الذي يكون عناصر أولى [بهوت] [جولوكيا] و [هبنرو], توقّع أنا كان حقّا هذا مرق أن يتلقّى كثير حرارة إلى هو. There’s a nice sting from the Jolokia and a slight back of the throat burn from the Habs but it really doesn’t go anywhere. For all intensive purposes it’s about a solid medium, definitely a far cry from “White Hot”.

Like his other sauces this one has classic Benito flavors throughout it. From the lime juice to the EVOO all the way down to the smooth taste that allows you to just spoon it out of the bottle into your mouth, these are the things that make his sauces great. That’s what I like about them, he has a running theme, a signature taste that’s incorporated into all his sauces and it works.
