All that considered, the representative of the company that I talked to at the Weekend of Fire said he was mainly marketing this sauce to the sports bars in Canada and I can see this working for that application. It’s got a decent amount of kick and is similar in tastes to sauces that I’ve had at bars (for those that had their own line and /or relabel). In fact, this would be a well welcomed sauce over the dreaded Tabasco that I always find when I don’t have any of my sauces with me to use.

Like I mentioned above, the heat is pretty decent. It’s a slightly slow creeping heat that ends up burning the back of the throat for the most part. I found that cooking with this really helped to kill the overly salty taste but that was in small amounts. When I added my usual does to my food before cooking the salt was there and the vinegar really showed though. My recommendation is to pair this with foods that you would normally put a lot of salt into and substitute that with this sauce.

I wish this company best of luck in its endeavors. Unfortunately this isn’t my cup of tea with the vinegar and the salt.
