New from Big Dawg Salsa…or, tag ‘em and bag ‘em.
We haven’t heard too much in the way of news coming from the Austin Hot Sauce Festival, but this new sauce from Big Dawg Salsa looks like a winner in the making. Odds are, there can’t be too many good sauces with the Jolokia pepper in it. Just leave the code cart at home.

I cannot wait to try this at ZF! I would be willing to bet it will burn me up good. DO NOT RESUCITATE! I hope you guys didn’t enter this in to the Fiery Food Challenge Pepper Blend category. If you did you could’ve at least let me know so I could save $85. This looks like a combo that can’t be beat.
