Bien, nous des coups secs ont juste fini avec notre propre concurrence d'aile de poulet à l'exposition du Jim de jungle avec le propre affectueusement connu sous le nom de DEFCON Deathmatch. Maintenant, il est temps pour nous de montrer le tour de l'Australien à faire un. Ainsi, courtoisie de Mick Stillman de Ol’ Man Stillmanz Chilli Sauce, voici la vidéo de leur concurrence d'aile plus récente. Appréciez !
(Nous espérons que Mick soumettra un petit récit pour ceci. Il ressemble à un événement qui a certainement eu une histoire à lui.)

Hey Thanks for posting the vid guys, Its not actually our vid as ours is still being cut we just happened to find it online, it shows the first two main rounds of the comp but not the final fluurry. Still you get the idea. It was a beautiful warm Day its still winter down here but it certainly dosn’t feel like it in Brisbane. We took over the Seaview Hotel and for 3 hours we ran wild and then we got into some serious drinking hahaahah. the Pub told me it was there biggest day in Ten years they took 8 times more in dollars the normal trade. They have already offered to take us down to mthe beautiful goldcoast to do it at other venues.
Basicly we chaneded our format this time we had eight contestants through our takeaway but we found 2 more by doing wild card entries by pulling people out of the crowd and doing speed eating, was hilarious.
Once we had our contestants we got them in there orange coverals got them to read over there waivers and sign away.
The comp format was a three round gig, 4 large wings in each round.
Using our Quadraphonic sauce plus extra chillis we racheted up the heat each round, The quadraphonic sauce is made from Trinidad Scorpion Trinidad & pot, naga Morich and a good dose of fatalii and it gives a good burn, each round I added more fresh Scorpion chillis until the final round was absolutely incindenary.
But the boys wanted that trophy put there head down and powered through it, My good friend Bobby came unstuck in the first as usual he is a star.
Our winner was a trawlerman named Steve but the last 3 people left in round 3 were all exceptionally fast eaters I was worried they may lose a finger ..
