We all know that peppers are high in vitamins but now, thanks to Marks and Spencer they are even higher. Sounds like this is a sweet pepper and not a hot one, which is slightly disappointing.

For those who struggle to eat their five portions of fruit and vegetables a day, the pepper could provide relief.

Called the ACE pepper, just one of the sweet tasting vegetables contains all the vitamin C needed for a day and half the recommended amount of vitamins A and E.
