Terug in Februari, had ik het genoegen van het genieten van een van diner met John Hard (aka CaJohn) en hij trok dit terug „De Hete Saus van de geheimzinnigheid“ voor ons te genieten van allen. Goed, aan het eind van de nacht snagged ik wat links van de fles was en het terug naar het laboratorium voor analyse ruilde. Hier is wat wij van de povere steekproef hebben gebaseerd ik hording.
De Saus van de Geheimzinnigheid van CaJohn Ingrediėnten: ?
Dit giet aan een zeer regelmatig gemengde bruine saus met een fatsoenlijke dikte. De smaak is herinnerend van een fijne staaksaus zodat wil ik zeggen dat er wat Saus van Worcestershire, azijn (duh) is, misschien een weinig bruine suiker voor zoetheid (hoewel het rozijnen zou kunnen zijn, is het moeilijk te vertellen omdat het een zeer subtiel aroma…. ishmmm… de peper zou kunnen zijn ik ook proef, kon Poblano het zijn?), en wat knoflook. Niet zeker ben ik scherp op het mondgevoel met dit enkel recht uit de fles omdat het een lichte korrelige kwaliteit aan het heeft. Maar wanneer gemengd met voedsel dat volledig weggaat.
De hitte is hier een weinig boven mild. Het heeft een verenigbare milde sleepboot gelijkend op Poblanos maar het stijgt niet werkelijk dat veel. Zeer prettig en toegankelijk voor hen die niet werkelijk in heet materiaal zijn dat veel. Ik moet ook op lavel commentaar geven. Dit is werkelijk een snazzy het kijken product en heeft het embleem CaJohn dat subtiel op de achtergrond wordt gedrukt.
Dit was een netelig overzicht voor me die saus heeft zeer werkelijk weggegaan niet (het ophopen spoonful bij maximum) en geen ingrediėnten maken van om af te gaan een lijst van. Basically, this is a really good sauce (what did you expect for the man with the most awards in the industry) that I kind of wish CaJohn would produce regularly…possibly under the guise of a stake sauce. Now that I think of it, I don’t believe CaJohn has a stake sauce in his 200+ product line up, maybe this will be the one to fill that position.

What made it funny to me Jon was that you spelled “Worcestershire” correctly.
The misspelling makes for an interesting read Jon. Kinda like the 2rd poster at WOF last year.

Firefox has a built-in spell check for web forms. If you misspell something like “hepl” instead of “help”, it shows a dotted line underneath the word. But then again, “stake” is a real word, and it depends on the usage, so…oh, nevermind.
I think the real question is, can you pronounce “Worcestershire” correctly?;-)

Hey Scott, I use the Firefox spell checker, and it’s about as smart as I am. That ain’t sayin’ much.
Type in the word “Habanero” and watch that little red line appear. Then check out the recommended corrections. LOL!
