En arrière en février, j'ai eu le plaisir d'apprécier un dîner avec John dur (aka CaJohn) et lui a retiré ceci « Sauce chaude à mystère » pour nous tous à apprécier. Bien, à la fin de la nuit je snagged ce qui était à gauche de la bouteille et l'ai troqué de nouveau au laboratoire pour l'analyse. Voici ce que nous avons basé outre de l'échantillon maigre que je hording.
Sauce au mystère de CaJohn Ingrédients : ?
Ceci verse à une sauce brune très sans à-coup mélangée avec une épaisseur décente. Le goût est réminiscent d'une sauce fine à enjeu ainsi je veux dire qu'il y a de la sauce Worcestershire, vinaigre (duh), peut-être un peu de sucre brun pour la douceur (bien que ce pourrait être des raisins secs, il est difficile de dire parce que c'est une saveur très subtile….le hmmm… pourrait être les poivres que je goûte aussi, Poblano pourrait il être ?), et de l'ail. Non sûr je suis vif sur l'effet dans la bouche avec ce juste directement hors de la bouteille parce qu'elle a une légère qualité granulaire à elle. Mais une fois mélangé à la nourriture qui part complètement.
La chaleur ici est au-dessus de doux. Il a une traction subite douce cohérente semblable à Poblanos mais il vraiment n'augmente pas que beaucoup. Très plaisant et accessible à ceux qui ne sont pas vraiment dans la substance chaude qui beaucoup. Je dois également présenter ses observations sur le lavel. C'est vraiment un produit regardant élégant et a le logo de CaJohn subtilement imprimé dans le fond.
This was really a tricky review for me not having very much sauce left (a heaping spoonful at max) and no ingredients list to go off of. Basically, this is a really good sauce (what did you expect for the man with the most awards in the industry) that I kind of wish CaJohn would produce regularly…possibly under the guise of a stake sauce. Now that I think of it, I don’t believe CaJohn has a stake sauce in his 200+ product line up, maybe this will be the one to fill that position.

What made it funny to me Jon was that you spelled “Worcestershire” correctly.
The misspelling makes for an interesting read Jon. Kinda like the 2rd poster at WOF last year.

Firefox has a built-in spell check for web forms. If you misspell something like “hepl” instead of “help”, it shows a dotted line underneath the word. But then again, “stake” is a real word, and it depends on the usage, so…oh, nevermind.
I think the real question is, can you pronounce “Worcestershire” correctly?;-)

Hey Scott, I use the Firefox spell checker, and it’s about as smart as I am. That ain’t sayin’ much.
Type in the word “Habanero” and watch that little red line appear. Then check out the recommended corrections. LOL!

It basically went aroudn the table, got to my side and never really left. Joe, Linda, Eric, Buddah, and I just horded it like squirrels with nuts, lol.
