Zurück im Februar, hatte ich das Vergnügen des Genießens eines Abendessens mit hartem John (aka CaJohn) und er zog dieses aus „Geheimnis-heiße Soße“ für uns alle zum zu genießen. Gut am Ende der Nacht snagged ich, was nach links von der Flasche war und tauschte es zurück zu dem Labor für Analyse. Ist hier, was wir weg von der mageren Probe gegründet haben, die ich hording.
Geheimnis-Soße CaJohns Bestandteile: ?
Dieses gießt zu einer sehr glatt gemischten braunen Soße mit einer annehmbaren Stärke. Der Geschmack ist von einer feinen Stangesoße erinnernd, also möchte ich sagen, daß es etwas Worcestersoße gibt, Essig (duh), möglicherweise ein weniger brauner Zucker für Süsse (obgleich es Rosinen sein könnte, zu erklären ist hart, weil es ist ein sehr subtiles Aroma….hmmm… könnte die Pfeffer, die ich auch, schmecke Poblano sein könnte es sein?)und etwas Knoblauch. Nicht sicher bin ich auf öffnung fühlen mit diesem gerechten gerade aus der Flasche heraus scharf, weil sie eine geringfügige granulierte Qualität zu ihr hat. Aber, wenn Sie mit Nahrung gemischt werden, die vollständig weggeht.
Die Hitze hier ist über mildem ein kleines. Es hat einen gleichbleibenden milden Schlepper, der Poblanos ähnlich ist, aber es wirklich erhöht sich nicht daß viel. Sehr angenehm und zugänglich zu denen, die nicht wirklich in heißes Material sind, das viel. Ich muß das lavel auch kommentieren. Dieses ist wirklich ein snazzy schauendes Produkt und hat das CaJohn Firmenzeichen, das subtil im Hintergrund gedruckt wird.
This was really a tricky review for me not having very much sauce left (a heaping spoonful at max) and no ingredients list to go off of. Basically, this is a really good sauce (what did you expect for the man with the most awards in the industry) that I kind of wish CaJohn would produce regularly…possibly under the guise of a stake sauce. Now that I think of it, I don’t believe CaJohn has a stake sauce in his 200+ product line up, maybe this will be the one to fill that position.

What made it funny to me Jon was that you spelled “Worcestershire” correctly.
The misspelling makes for an interesting read Jon. Kinda like the 2rd poster at WOF last year.

Firefox has a built-in spell check for web forms. If you misspell something like “hepl” instead of “help”, it shows a dotted line underneath the word. But then again, “stake” is a real word, and it depends on the usage, so…oh, nevermind.
I think the real question is, can you pronounce “Worcestershire” correctly?;-)

Hey Scott, I use the Firefox spell checker, and it’s about as smart as I am. That ain’t sayin’ much.
Type in the word “Habanero” and watch that little red line appear. Then check out the recommended corrections. LOL!

It basically went aroudn the table, got to my side and never really left. Joe, Linda, Eric, Buddah, and I just horded it like squirrels with nuts, lol.
