Not to trump this one, but if ever in Omaha, be sure to go to Big Mama's Kitchen (http://www.bigmamaskitchen.com/). They have what is called an Afro Burger, which is ground beef mixed with dried, red pepper flakes *and* cayennes, and molded into a long sausage-shaped burger. It's put on a hoagie bun and drenched in BBQ sauce. Out of this world! Sure, it could be a little hotter, but it's still awesome.
