Buffalo Grilled Chicken and Blue Cheese sandwiches featuring Defcon.

4 cups grilled boneless skinless chicken breast diced into 1/4 ” cubes
1/2 C Defcon Defense Condition 2 All Purpose wing sauce 
1/2 C mayonaise
1/4 C finely diced shallots
1/4 C finely diced onion
blue cheese crumbles
dark rye bread
lettuce
