Food in Canada Magazine recognizes Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. as one of Canada’s Top Ten Food Innovators for 2008.
Rigaud, QC, October 2008 Tina Brooks, VP Marketing for Brooks Pepperfire Foods announced today that Brooks Pepperfire Foods has been named as Food in Canada’s only choice from Quebec for one of the top ten Canadian food innovators for 2008.
The list was announced n the 70th Anniversary Issue of Food in Canada magazine published by Rogers. With a list of innovators that included entrepreneurs in the health, ethnic and snack foods markets, Brooks Pepperfire Foods of Rigaud, Quebec is creating a reputation for itself as the maker of the “Champagne of Hot Sauces”, namely the Peppermaster(tm) brand line of products. Known for highlighting companies who are capitalizing on growing demands for healthy, great-tasting products and premium niche-market items, this year’s list included companies who are dedicated to pursuing quality rather than quantity and who refuse to compromise the high value of their products by expanding too quickly.
