How open are you to trying other sauces not ‘registered’. I have a small garden of mostly Habaneros, Caribbean Red Hots, Tabasco and hopefully soon the hottest pepper in the world. I had placed third in the Amateur Salsa division in Houston a few years ago and haven’t entered since. I also spend a bit of time canning home grown tomatoes for such use.
