Hey all,

Thanks for the kind words……

To respond to some concerns.

Sodium bisulfate, it is a part of the prepared vinegar we use as a base. We thought the taste was more important than the fear.

Sodium bisulfite, this is a part of the prepared, ‘Golds’, kosher horseradish we use in the Northeast sauce.

We add nothing that has not been prepared for consumption by another company or grown from the earth and tickled by us Americans.

Belay the concerns of the few and join the countless shopping centers that sell both our vinegar and horseradish over the counter without the need for Identification.

Enjoy the food just don’t breath the air.

Believe the Taste, not the Fear.

Happy Birthday America!
