Each sauce is 100% all natural with organic ingredients. Each sauce has a distinct flavor and corresponding level of heat that is sure to please any palate. All sauces are made with fresh ingredients and contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. During the Summer, all the peppers used in the sauces are grown at Central Farms in Caldwell, NJ. During the winter, organic peppers are flown in from the American Southwest. All sauces are prepared and bottled locally at the Laughing Burrito in Caldwell, NJ.

The Oringinal Naranja is a 100% organic hot sauce made with orange habanero peppers and carrots. It is what many would consider hot to very hot when compared to the other sauces at the supermarket. It really does make any dish come alive with intensity. The Naranja is absolutely scrumptious on burritos, cold sushi, tortilla chips, in soup, on fried foods and just about anything else.

The Jalapa is a sensational all natural citrus blend with cilantro and the ever-so- essential jalapeno base. It has more of a medium level heat to it. This sauce has that citrus sting that simply makes it the quintessential verde sauce. The Jalapa is especially tasty on tacos, eggs, seafood, crackers, and sandwiches. There have actually been accounts of people trudging through two feet of snow to the grocery store just so they had the necessary items (eggs) to make Joe’s #1 Jalapa egg recipe.

Benito’s Olde Bricktucky Cayenne is a pleasant divergence from your popular generic cayenne vinegar sauces. It has a low to moderate heat level, and a sweet hint of bell pepper and cinnamon that give it a taste that is not only original, but very unique. This sauce is fantastic on homemade (or store-bought) cornbread, pork chops, grilled chicken, steaks, and pretty much anything else that is hot off the grill.

Benito’s Mango habanero is the ultimate convergence of sweet and heat. It has a tropical versatility that simply can not be matched by anything else on the market right now. The sauce is always made with fresh mangos and habanero peppers to ensure a garden quality taste. This sauce has been a favorite at street fairs and taste testing sessions. Being one of the hotter sauces made by Benito’s, It has an addictive quality all its own.

Lastly, Benito’s White Hot, (a.k.a. the guido killer) is enjoyed both as a sauce and an extract. The sauce has been most recently described as a “concentrated habanero based torture trip” and that is basically the idea behind it. Benito wanted to make a sauce that was hotter than hot, but only containing fresh, all natural ingredients. He came up with the white hot which actually only has four ingredients (The most predominant being fresh organic habanero peppers).

The White Hot is sure to set your lips ablaze whether dripped liberally onto a cheese steak with the works or added to a classic stir fry recipe.

Benito’s sauces are available on line as well as a few select organic boutiques/health food markets across the country. The aim of the company is to promote healthy living and sustainable organic horticulture. Benito also loves to bring his sauces to the public at street fairs, harvest festivals, county fairs, and other events.
