Announcing the return of the DeathMatch to the Weekend of Fire
One of the highlights of last year’s “Weekend of Fire” show at Jungle Jim’s was the DeathMatch Chicken Wing eating contest, sponsored by DEFCON Sauces and hosted by Buffalo Wings & Rings. As a new fan favorite and with rave reviews from the chileheads who participated, the DeathMatch contest will be back again this year. The DEFCON Creator has hinted that he will be raising the bar with a new sauce to torture (i.e. initiate) the palates of the contestants. Here’s this year’s poster:

There will be an entry form/waiver available online at junglejims.com in the near future, so stay tuned for more info as it becomes available.

I guarantee you the bar will be raised, not to mention the gallons of milk afterwards.

Are you going to do it Passow? We might have to call you ‘Passout’ afterwards.

LOL, I’m not sure. I don’t like sloppy things. When I eat wings, I have them plane and dip the carefully in sauce.

Aww, come on Passow, live a little!
I guarantee you the last thing you’ll be worried about when the heat hits you is how sloppy of a mess you made.
Actually, I’m the same way. But making a mess for fun is a whole different thing. I had a blast last year and had sauce all over the place.
I saw the envious look in your eyes at the North Market, I have a feeling you’ll partake in the Deathmatch. It ain’t about winning or losing, it’s all about having fun and suffering a little. Or a lot, depending on how you look at it. LOL!!

“I don’t like sloppy things.”
You don;t have to worry, you have to wear gloves, I wouldn;t want anyone to get this stuff on their skin! LOL!
“It ain’t about winning or losing, it’s all about having fun and suffering a little.”
Well said, DK. Actually, with the trophy we’re working on, it IS more about the winning.
