chilimix_new.jpgBack in December, we posted some information about Cindy Wilkins of Cin Chili being featured on The View. Well, we have a little more information about that now. You can see her on the show on January 29 on your local ABC affiliate. Tune in and see her whip those daytime divas into shape with some good spicy chili!

Here’s the latest on the trip from husband Bruce Wilkins:

The air date for “Chili Chef Cindy Reed Wilkins” to appear on THE VIEW is Jan. 29, 2008. Cindy will cook her Cin Chili for the girls on the show. We have been told she’ll get a 6 minute segment. Cindy and I are flying out to New York City on the 28th and won’t be back until Feb. 1, 2008. We are going to combine a little pleasure with business. While in New York, Cindy will be conducting 6 radio interviews and hopefully meeting with the producers of Bobby Flay’s Throwdowns.

Our plans are to introduce our new products on the show to the world. That would be our Ready-To-Eat chili (Hearty Beef and Hearty Beef with Beans) and also our new hot sauces ( Cin Chili Hot Sauce; Cindy’s Cin-Fully Hot, hot sauce; and Hell’s Passion, hot sauce). The hot sauces are available for purchase now, but the Ready-To-Eat chili’s won’t be available until Feb. 5th. The RTE chili only takes 90 seconds to heat up in the microwave. Just heat and eat. No refrigeration required. Shelf stable for 18 months. Great for school kids, single parents, hunters, campers, RV’ers, bikers, anybody who doesn’t like to cook. If there is a microwave available, you can have a hot bowl of Cin Chili. If no microwave…you can boil the pouch in water for 5 minutes then open and serve. You can also open the pouch, pour the Cin Chili into a pan and heat it on top of the
stove.
