Very nice though. Immediate sweat and throat burn. I guess I should have read the label before trying this stuff. I am not one that can identify flavors of the peppers, but I certainly can identify a bit of an italian flare to it. Yes, oregano! What an interesting flavor. I only hope he signed it with his hands. 8O The 'EP' bottles look as great as advertised. You can say goodbye to #140/150 because that is about to go through some de-waxification and onto the conveyor-belt of flavor testing.
