We came across this video rather unexpectedly while doing some playing around on YouTube earlier today and couldn’t resist posting it. This is from the Houston Hot Sauce Festival, circa 2004. If you’re daring enough to watch all 7+ minutes of footage, you can even catch a glimpse of such industry folks as Chuck Evans of Montezuma Brand, Haggis of Horrible Haggis, and the ever-popular chile pepper magnate Jim Campbell. Quite entertaining, and makes us wish that we would be able to attend that show at some point in the future!

We did use hotsauce to discipline our kids. Now they love hot sauce. Ask anyone who saw them wandering around ZestFest.
