Our favorite, World Record holding pepper, the Bhut Jolokia (aka Naga Morich) is once again in the news! This time in two separate places written by the same person. The first article (from the Devor Post) is a flash pictorial with narration giving a bit of history for our beloved pepper. It also shows some great pictures of the fields that this pepper is grown in. You can find that little gem right here.

The second is an article by the same person, Tim Sullivan, who illustrates “How Not To Eat The Bhut Jolokia“. His experience sounds a little bit like when I ate the same pepper last year.

Now comes the real kicker. In addition to the great articles above, Tim actually recorded (and subsequently censored) an mp3 of himself eating the Bhut. If you want a good laugh it will definitely be worth the while to check out.
