		<description>You're right about the lack of heat, it's not really designed to be up there on the heat scale. We usually have it on our sampling table next to the chocolate; you know... on the wimpy side of the table. :) 

Something tells me that you'd have preferred the mouth feel if we'd used tequila, huh, Joe? ;)

What I like about this sauce, and you hit it on the head, is that it works as a great cooking sauce. I simply pour it over wings and then bake them in the oven; great hot wings, no frying.</description>

We are big DEFCON wing sauce fans ourselves, and this sauce has a very different taste.  It's hard for us to truly contrast them because we never fried up some wings like we do for the DEFCON sauces, but they are a very different flavor overall.</description>
