We usually have it on our sampling table next to the chocolate; you know... on the wimpy side of the table. :) Something tells me that you'd have preferred the mouth feel if we'd used tequila, huh, Joe? ;) What I like about this sauce, and you hit it on the head, is that it works as a great cooking sauce.
