The Jersey Death is edible and packs a pretty good kick. The Source....well, maybe I should have labeled it "Not for Human Consumption!" I just play around with jerky to keep busy in the winter...I am working on my 07 release of RedRum Hot Sauce now...wait till you see what I have in store this year!
