Heeeeeeeeere’s Jonny! Well after a much too long hiatus from reviewing I’m back and almost fully recovered.

For those who don’t know, I was bitten by a brown recluse spider on September 3rd right on the side of my face. Needless to say my face swelled up to 3 times its normal size causing me to look like Quasimoto and thus knocked my system for a loop for the past month (read all the gory details here).

I am completely counting my lucky chilies…er…stars right now because I didn’t lose half of my face to necrosis or have the venom go straight to my lymph nodes and kill me (which has been known to happen from face bites). I fortunately escaped with a recessed scar about 1/4 inch long on the side of my face. Chicks dig scars right? It still is a little sore a month later and my taste buds and system have returned to their “normal” state. Well, normal for me that is.

So, that being said, I am now OFFICIALLY back to this wonderful site providing my wordsmith abilities to Joe and Linda and the rest of the chili-head world! I’ve missed you all!
