Ok, I actually came back on Tuesday night, but this is good enough. I had a great time with my parents, hit up two breweries, met a fellow chili head, and saw Red Rock Canyon (beautiful).

I had planed on visiting the local hot sauce shot, The Sweat Shop, and doing a review but ran into a slight snag. They closed the week before! How disappointing, I was hoping to pick up some sauces so I could spice up food while I was out there. Luckily, I had a back up plan in the form of some Serranos and Jalapenos from my garden that I brought along.

So folks, it’s back to normal for me (which is actually viewed as abnormal to the rest of the population of Earth). Review review review!
