This sauce was originally intended to be a one batch (a small one at that) run. It has been a favorite of most who have tried it, so now it is going into production. We are going to reserve a bit of the next batch and kick it up a bit to please those who are seeking the heat. It's flavor is definitely the hook, it has some heat, but it's more of an afterglow. Thanks again for your patronage of the North Market. We really are lucky to have a piece of the turn of the last century shopping experience here in Columbus.
