A good friend did this some years ago and he had like 200+ pounds to loose. All went well and he's really enjoying life now. It was amazing to follow him through the changes. I'm already down about 22 pounds and am looking forward to being down 20 more by my birthday (Aug. 24). I start my exercise program in just a couple of weeks and that's when it will really start to matter. I think Joe is getting a little sick of looking at liquid or pureed food, but, hey, I can still add hot sauce to it. LOL Thanks Jon & Ron!
