The Hot Zone

Spicy snacks that are actually both good and spicy are hard to come by, but Kentucky’s own KP’s Specialty Pepper Products has a formula for products that have every chance at becoming hugely popular. On occasion, we simply don’t have anything written up for a given day. So, we thought we might share some “coming attractions” in terms of the stuff we have in queue to review over the next few months. We have a few dozen products sitting on the shelf just waiting for our attention to them, so without further ado let us introduce a few of them to you.

What you see above are some samples of some of the latest Peppermaster products we received. At 45 ml of product, there’s enough to get a good idea about the taste and use for the stuff…but little left over afterwards to share with others. We’re working on the Red Savina Mango sauce right now, in fact.

Since we recently finished off a whole bunch of our red and green chile sauces, we picked up a few to try from the Chile Pepper Emporium. Just enough to get a quick fix before we have to get some more.

Also from New Mexico comes this group of salsas. We have enough other salsas to do right now, but these looked too good to pass up.

Still plugging our way through Monty’s stuff, and we have a couple of bottles of wing and BBQ sauces to review. The wing sauces are gonna take some time, since we may or may not use them on chicken…but the BBQ sauces look good enough to put into heavy rotation soon.

Lastly is this group of miscellany that we’ve been looking to pair up for a while. A couple from Denzel, a mango hot sauce from Danny Cash, and a really yummy looking BBQ sauce from CaJohn. Too many sauces, so little time.

Stay tuned!
