Courtesy of WBALTV.com out of Baltimore, MD, we bring you a very short snippet of Dr. Antoniades book called ‘The Hot Sauce Diet.’ We’ve written about this book before in a previous post, and we might be coerced into picking up a copy on our next trip to the bookstore.

Rock Bottom
My story begins a year prior with the day I reached rock bottom. I was in my doctor’s waiting room patiently waiting. Being a doctor myself, I take great pains to display extraordinary patience when waiting for my doctor. This way I can make everyone wait on me without a guilty conscience. I brought plenty to read and was very comfortable and content. Away from my own office, it was a time for me to relax.
