We finally got the details for the Jungle Jim’s “Weekend of Fire” this upcoming August 4 & 5. If you live anywhere in the midwest and consider yourself a fan of hot sauces, spicy food, or just a chilehead in general…you need to make an effort to get to JJ’s for this show. It may not yet be a show on the scale of ZestFest or the Fiery Foods Show, but it has the potential to be something heretofore unseen here in this part of the country.
Hey, how’d they get Jim Campbell to pose for that photo?? If they have a bottle of hot sauce that big, odds are you will want to see it for yourself.
For those of you unfamiliar with Jungle Jim’s and where it’s located, here’s a map (done through Mapquest) to show where the store is in relation to the greater Cincinnati area. It’s remarkably accessible to find, and you can’t miss it from the highway as you are passing by.
Here’s a view of one side of the mondo hot sauce display, easily available through Google. You simply can’t appreciate how much there is to offer simply by a picture…you have to see it for yourself. Virtually a one-stop shopping for hot sauce lovers everywhere. And that’s what will be on the inside of the store. Just imagine how cool it’s going to be with all the booths & vendors in the Event Center!

I hate to say…but even though I’ll be 2 hrs away in Kentucky at the Street Rod Nationals, it doesn’t look like I’ll make it! Damn it!!!

The Cape Fear Crew will be there!! Not sure if we will do a booth, but we’ll sure take part in the fun!! Might even have a few goodies with us as well..

Thanks Linda…you are so sweet not to mention you got me blushing. We are really looking forward to JJ’s to hang out with all of y’all. Got a care package being put together for y’all as we speak. Sorry it has taken a little bit, but Albuquerque makes the rest of the world stop for a few weeks.
