Passow Eats Some Awesome Beef Jerky

Jackson’s Signature Series Awesome Habanero Beef Jerky: Ingredients: Meat, Spices.
The guys over at Super Spicy sent me a little care package with their famous Jackson’s Signature Series Awesome Habanero Beef Jerky. Aptly named, this stuff is pretty awesome. It has all the things I like about jerky, thick, tough, chewy, spicy, and hot!

Great article penned by Bruce Stephen from the Vancouver North Shore Outlook out of British Columbia. It’s a cool discussion about a few of our favorite kinds of chile peppers, which we’re glad to see that the capsaicin-loving public is alive and well in the Great White North! Enjoy.

PB & J, done with Passow Pepper Jam

We were pretty pumped to get a jar of Passow’s pepper jam in the mail recently. It both looks and smell amazing. Very red and very pepper-y, I went back to basics in terms of what to try this jam out with to give it a proper tasting. The solution? PB [...]

Heaters Nuts

One of the true gems from our trip to ZestFest 2006 was meeting the nice ladies from Heaters Nuts. We were casually strolling around the convention hall when we wandered by their booth, which wasn’t receiving a whole lot of love there on the Trade Day. We tasted a few samples of their [...]
