I ate it on an italian cold cut sandwich and it was good. I ate it on a chip and it was good. I ate it on my hand and it was good. I thought the orange pulp and vinegar nicely complimented the habenero. On the other hand I'm an evil alien who actually likes vinegar. I loved this sauce. We have a bottle of this stuff as well, but our experience with the grapefruit didn't inspire us to crack it open anytime soon. We can move on to better stuff my Marie Sharp...hopefully.
