While we await Ewa’s intro to the blogging world, we have some pics of their first attempt ever at making some BBQ turkey there in her native Sweden. Looks pretty good to us!

Anyway, made my lifes first BBQ-glaze tonight - a dried apricot/passionfruit/habanero one and tomorrow we’re going to BBQ an 10 pound turkey for new years - Never done it before so keep yoour fingers crossed and have a brilliant New Year.

It just goes to show you that we Yanks don’t have a monopoly on BBQ, just a higher proclivity to it. We look forward to hearing more about the BBQ and spicy food adventures from Ewa & husband Goran over in sunny Sweden!!
