We are previous residents of Baltimore, Maryland…aka The Charm City, locale of The Preakness, home of the O’s & Ravens, and all things “Hon.” Well, we have a soft spot for stuff that goes on in our ol’ stomping grounds, so we thought we’d let you know about some cool press for Mick Kipp. Besides being an amazing salsa guru, Mick is also the owner of the Whiskey Island Pirate Shop in downtown Baltimore, and his products have won acclaim in recent years for their quality and taste. His website is currently under re-construction, but check out this great article about Mick on NPR:

Mick Kipp, Firing Up the Holiday Salsa

We haven’t met Mick yet, but we’d certainly try to swing by his place during our next trip back to Baltimore. Way to go, Mick!
