		<description>I agree with you completely. I bought 20 different sauces and this is in my top 3. It is not salty nor too vinegary. If I had to describe its nuance, I think there is a bit of a black pepper bite, slighty reminiscent of jerk. I use this as a pour-on condiment as well as a recipe-saver. One teaspoon will revive a boring can of soup. Cheap as heck and way better than most gimmick sauces. I will buy a dozen or 2 the next time I run across it.</description>
